silverpaw was hurt. she just wanted to help. before she left, she turned to icefur and said, "even if she can chew, when she swallows she might lodge the twig farther down you mousebrain!" why take the chance?" and with that she pelted off into the woods.

silverpaw had run so far she hadnt realized she had gone out of all of the clans territory. she realized this was the spot she went when she was troubled. she found a warm stream and sat under a waterfall. she loved water. the smooth flow of it seemed to sooth her.

so she pelted back to the territorys. her paw that had been broken in the fall at the old twoleg nest seared in pain. it did that every time she stepped on it. but this time she ignored it. she wanted to get back to thunderclan.
