Silverwing sighed and lay her head on a bed of moss. She watched stormkit and icekit tumble over each other. She looked out at the clear blue sky, and wished she could go back to warriors duties. Snowkit tumbled over silverwings foot and twighlightkit jumped on her head. "Come on mommy! Play with us!" they begged.

Goldenstar shook her head as she walked into the nursery. "They aren't going to leave you alone until you play with them. Why don't you go and hunt, or something. I will play with the kits, well, if you would like me to?

Silverwing nodded. "Ok." she was out of camp in a flash, wanting to get the itch out of her paws.
