Moonkit decided to get out of the nursery for a while to stretch and explore. It gets annoying staying in the nursery for days. She makes sure that no one's around to see her before going out of the camp.

Paddedfoot was sitting on a small hill, eating a mouse from the prey pile. He closed his eyes as he took a bite, enjoying the taste. As he opened his eyes, he spotted Moonkit walking in the camp cautiously. He looks around to notice if anyone else noticed the kit, but the camp was pretty much abandoned. *Looks like I'll have to deal with this.* Paddedfoot thinks to himself. He begins to get up, then lays back down. *Now I think about it, I'll just watch him from here as I eat my mouse. He probebly won't go too far.*

Moonkit continued to cautiously walk out of the camp. She noticed that a cat spotted her and she dashed behind a tree, hoping that the cat didn't really see her. She then climbed up the tree to the closest limb, just incase the cat came over.

Paddedfoot saw the kit run behind the tree really quick. *Hmm, she's pretty fast.* He sighs, then takes the last bite of his mouse and stands up. He walks over to the tree the kit hid behind. *Oh great, now where did she go?* He smelt the air for a ThunderClan scent. He scensed the kits smell right above him and looked up. He couldn't see her though in the trees. "Okay, I know you're up there. Don't make me come up there.

Moonkit was in shock at first, but then relaxed again and meowed, "But it's booooring being in the den almost all day, everyday." She sighed and stayed where she was.

"Sorry, but rules are rules. Now come down." Paddedfoot meowed. *Just come down.* He thought to himself, giving the kit a glare.

*oh, I guess I'm not going to win this one.* Moonkit sighs and then says, "Okay." She climbs down the tree to the ground, looking at the ground the whole way down.

'At least that was easier than I thought.' "Now, go to the nursery den, or I'll get the leader over here." Paddedfoot meowed.

She sighed again and let out a tear. "It's not fair! Why can't I do the things warriors can?" she meowed sadly while shuffling her front paws.

'Oh great, not the tears.' Paddedfoot felt a little annoyed. "Because you are a kit, now go!" He meowed

Moonkit wipes a tear from her muzzel, then decides to use a cute kitty face to help change Paddedfoot's mind. "Please my I stay out for a little bit?" She asked sadly.

'Oh great.' Paddedfoot thought to himself. "Fine *sigh*, but only for a little bit, and you are to follow me." He meowed.

Moonkit smiles widely. *I knew it would work!* She didn't say anything to Paddedfoot, for that it might make him more mad and possibly change his mind.

Paddedfoot felt mad at himself for falling for the kitty face trick. *I hope this day goes by quickly. It's not starting out to good.* He lead Moonkit through the camp, hoping that someone will tell him to bring the kit back to the den, but the few cats that were around didn't say anything. They didn't even notice him or the kit. *What a way to keep watch.*

Moonkit followed behind Paddedfoot. She looked at the other cats and wondered if they would be mad. She ran to the side of Paddedfoot so that at least some of the cats didn't notice.
